Likely pumping Health up really high with Rustic. UAC is really nasty with it's +20 WPB too. If you had 60 UAC, you'd almost never miss completely as you get three attempts. When brawling/duelling, what you really want is consistent and reliable damage, not necessarily maximum damage. (Diablo II players know this well.)

Math: 0.2^3 ~= 0.008 = 0.8%!

Perhaps we need a mock combat in chat or PbP?
