It's a low power alternate WW2 RPG. A character might have super-strength, but can still be killed by a bullet - or he might be able to jump 20 miles.... but only 20 miles (thus every time he jumps, he goes 20 miles). They also can resist each other's powers in a way.

It was actually supported pretty well. Out of it grew the superhero game 'Wild Talents' from the same world, just later in time.. Both games use ORE (the One Roll Engine).
